Beginner Yoga with Stacia‚Äč

60 min. Find your inner strength and power. Flow-based vinyasa practice. Benefits of the practice include breath awareness, building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility and concentration. Learn to let go of stress and focus on resilency with yoga.
